After speaking with the front desk staff, we did not bother going - we will get our travel vaccines at CVS. When the website says to call with travel vaccine questions and then the desk staff who answer the phone tell you to go to the CDC website (already read it, multiple times, trying to consult public health experts to ensure I make the right decision), then get placed on a silent hold with no warning when I ask to schedule an appointment, I will go elsewhere. I hate that - I'm sure most of the staff are nice, but your gatekeeper is not.

By far the BEST DMV office ever! I went in at 8 o'clock and was in the back of the line when they opened. I walked in and went straight to the counter. I'm in my car ALL done and it's 8:19!!! That was amazing!!

Very rude front desk staff. I walked in (since no one answered/returned my phone calls) to make an appointment since I'm a new TN resident and needed immunizations for school. I explained my situation and the woman at the front desk gave me a paper to fill out that asked for my mother's info (even though I'm an adult?) and she was very short and passive aggressive when I asked why they needed that and just told me to fill the paper out. I asked to make an appointment and she said she would call me to schedule. It's been several days and no one has contacted me to schedule... I will not be going back there.

What a difference from south Florida....amazing. Was able to get an appointment the same day. No one was there. Just wonderful. Everyone was so kind and professional. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Parking is up hill so be careful. Call ahead is my suggestion. They're very helpful on the phone too.
